Nature has been a substantial part of my life. From my youngest memories, it has been a friend, guide, teacher, and healer in my life.

When I transitioned out of teaching formal certificate training in an institute, I decided to bring my practice and teaching to the “source.”

Twisted Crossroads & The Medicine Path

The Medicine Path empowers authenticity, heart-alignment, and healthful living. “Medicine” can be a quality, action, commitment, living being, event or “thing” – what defines medicine, regardless of origin or form, is the spirit of what is encountered and what it elicits within us.

In Ukrainian folklore, crossroads (branches, forks, junctures) are places of power where "one" becomes two (or three, or more) – or vice versa – and act as portals and junctures between the physical and otherworld realms.

Spinning, twisting, plying, and binding are sacred ritual acts of bringing together that which is divergent or separate… As individual strands come together, the whole is made stronger, yet each strand or fibre remains integral and unique.

This is the work of living relationally within self, land and community.

And so, we enter the crossroads together, twisting (and untwisting) teachings, memory, practice, ceremony and tradition in ways that stir your own blood and bone memory, strengthen connection and relationality to self, other and the land, and help you re-member yourself within it all, leading you to your own medicine path.

  • Teachings are brought into daily life as a healthy foundation of self-care, self-awareness, and practical spirituality. There is “homework” in the form of journaling, rituals, practices, and time in Nature. Minimum of a one-year commitment.   • Dialogue drawing on sensory & energy awareness and the wisdom of the felt-body allows individuals to attune to inner-sight and inherent intelligence held in the natural body.

    Directly encountering the medicine and power of Nature, held within the teachings of Slavic earth traditions, individuals are empowered in their healing and growth.
