We are commited to respectful relationships with the plants we work with, and regenerative and prayerful farming and harvesting practices.

We produce only what is sustainably, ethically, and lovingly available at a given time.

Our gardens are not mono-cropped, plants are not “forced”, and we work with and respond to constantly changing natural conditions… When we run out of a particular herb, we don’t run to the store to buy more.

Foraging, growing, drying, and processing happen year-round. 

We give an estimated season/ time when we anticipate the selection will be available again.

Some blends or dyes are super-small batches — due to the slow growing habits of the plants used. These blends/ dyes are noted with “exclusive” and may only be offered once, or once in a year or two.
