This downloadable course can stand-alone, or be taken as 1 of 9 in the 1 year program “The Path of Sacred Handwork.”

The course is divided into 4 modules (intended to be completed over 1 lunar cycle; 1 module per week)
Journaling prompts and questions in each module to help you integrate the material
Homework each week, in the form of research, reflection, handwork and rituals (modules 3 & 4)

defining earth based knowledge & sacred handwork

Module 2:
blood & bone memory
distinguishing ancestral heritage, ethnicity, and cultural heritage

Module 3:
doing our "homework" ~ distinguishing personal relationship to the lands you find yourself in
understanding what it means to practice ancestral/ cultural traditions (especially sacred traditions) on land one is settler-guest on
colonialism as it relates to oneself/ one's ancestry
video with simple handwork project plus follow up ritual
Module 4:
making of a Motanka that has one's personal ancestral/ cultural representation (notes plus video)
follow up ritual for closure
